Permits have been filed for an eight-story residential building at 2081 Anthony Avenue in Tremont, The Bronx. Located at the intersection of East 180th Street and Anthony Avenue, the lot is two blocks south of the 182-183 Streets subway station, serviced by the B and D trains. Moses Freund of The Vaja Group is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 84-foot-tall development will yield 25,950 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 38 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 682 square feet. The concrete-based structure will not have any accessory parking.

S. Wieder Architect is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed last month for the two-story building on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

  1. Aw, the turret was cool.

  2. I wish we could take some of these charming historic homes making way for multifamily buildings in the south and west Bronx and move them to the sea of ticky tack which is the northeast Bronx.

  3. The residence you presented is the lifestyle that I’m used to living in I would love to be apart of your development

    Truly submitted
