Permits have been filed to expand a four-story into an eight-story mixed-use building at 1751 Park Avenue in East Harlem, Manhattan. Located between East 121st and East 122nd Streets, the lot is near the 125th Street subway station, serviced by the 4, 5, and 6 trains. Yitzchok Joseph of 1163 Fulton Realty LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 74-foot-tall development will yield 95,090 square feet, with 78,290 square feet designated for residential space, 12,800 square feet for community facility space, and 4,000 square feet for manufacturing. The building will have 110 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 711 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar but no accessory parking.

ND Architecture & Design is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the development calls for an expansion. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
