Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 90-39 83rd Avenue in Glendale, Queens. Located between Woodhaven Boulevard and Forest Park, the lot is closest to the Woodhaven Boulevard subway station, serviced by the J and Z trains. Abdur Rahman is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 33-foot-tall development will yield 12,796 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 14 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 914 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 53-foot-long rear yard, and 14 enclosed parking spaces.
Sion Consulting Engineering is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed in February for the two-story building on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
