Realnet Holding LLC, based in Great Neck, has filed applications for two small multi-family residential buildings at 758 East 223rd Street, in Williamsbridge, located three blocks north of the 2 and 5 trains’ stop at 219th Street. Each one will stand three stories and have three full-floor units. The total development will net 7,130 square feet in residential space, which translates into units averaging a spacious 1,193 square feet apiece. Bakhtiar Shamloo’s Kew Gardens-based Tabriz Group Design is the architect of record, and the site’s two-story predecessor was demolished in 2009.
