Permits have been filed for a three-story residential building at 3581 Laconia Avenue in Williamsbridge, The Bronx. Located between East 212nd Street and East 213rd Street, the lot is a short walk from the Gun Hill Road subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Milot Krasniqi of Impact Plumbing & Heating LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 34-foot-tall development will yield 5,226 square feet, with 8,033 square feet designated for residential space and 882 square feet for commercial space. The building will have seven residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 746 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and five open parking spaces.
Badaly Engineering is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
