641 6th Avenue [Commercial Observer]: Lowe’s Home Improvement has signed a lease for 36,000 square feet at the eight-story building located at 641 6th Avenue, between West 19th and 20th Streets. SL Greene Realty is renovating the entire structure, and Lowe’s is set to “move in the second quarter of 2015.”
116 Suydam Street [Brownstoner]: Manatus Development Group — which recently acquired the two-story structure spanning 112-116 Suydam Street, in Bushwick — has plans for a new building containing affordable housing and 22,000 square feet for the existing church.

810 Fulton Street [The Real Deal]: GFI Development has plans to build a 12-story, 363-unit mixed-use building of 327,317 square feet to span the vacant lots of 810-820 Fulton Street, in Fort Greene. The development will include “34,308 square feet of commercial” space, and Aufgang Architects is the architect of record.
334 West 36th Street [The Real Deal]: Sam Chang’s McSam Hotel Group has filed applications for a 20-story, 406-key hotel at 334 West 36th Street, in Midtown West. The existing six-story, 58,644 square-foot structure “will be demolished by April and the hotel is expected to open by spring 2017.” Gene Kaufman is designing.
264 5th Avenue [Massey Knakal]: A five-story, 13,875 square-foot building — at 264 5th Avenue, in NoMad — has sold for $25.5 million at “approximately $850 per buildable square foot.” The nearly 3,000 square-foot site contains roughly 30,000 square feet of building potential, and Esquared Realty, headed by an Israeli-Russian billionaire, is the buyer.

193 Avenue B [EV Grieve]: Crews have built six stories of the planned seven-story, 41-unit mixed-use building of 33,864 square feet to span 185-193 Avenue B, in the East Village. Conrad Roncati, of Architectura, is designing, and completion can be expected in 2015.
180 Concord Street [Brooklyn Daily Eagle]: Greentown Equities has purchased the 5,000 square-foot, single-story structure at 180 Concord Street — in Downtown Brooklyn — for $4.5 million. Previous filings called for “two four-story buildings with seven residential units each.”
