Permits have been filed for three-story residential buildings at 14, 18, 22, 26, and 30 Purdy Place, in Prince’s Bay, Staten Island. The nearest public transport is the Prince’s Bay train station, a six-minute drive or 20-minute walk away, serviced by the Staten Island Railroad. Joe Molino is responsible for the development.
The five buildings will be identical, according to the permits. The 30-foot tall structures will yield a combined total of 17,330 square feet. The five units created will average 2,200 square feet apiece. Tenants will have access to ten parking spaces.
Rampulla Associates Architects will be responsible for the design.
The site is currently empty, so demolition permits aren’t necessary. The estimated completion date has not yet been announced.
