Designed by MHS Architecture and developed by Alpine Residential and Fields Grade, the structure will yield 169 units in studio to three-bedroom layouts, with many offering private outdoor space. “For a project like this to happen you need partnership,” said Jersey City Council president Joyce E. Watterman. “The government can’t do it alone. You always need private partnerships to get it done. I want to thank you for the partnership. We don’t take it for granted. Let’s continue to do great things in neighborhoods that we can revitalize because the people deserve it.”

There is a wide entrance and exit, if talking about urban areas I think this place is easy to access: Thanks.

  3. they should have included a parking pedestal….parking lot is wasted space. it could gave been a nice parklet

  4. The parking in the image is for the Liberty State Park station park and ride. NJT is planning to build on it in the future.
