Construction has topped out on 410 West 126th Street, a 20-story mixed-use building in Harlem, Manhattan. Designed by Peter Poon Architects and developed by Columbia International, the 169-foot-tall structure will yield 128,542 square feet with 92 apartments spread across 68,496 square feet, as well as 59,460 square feet of commercial space and 586 square feet for a community facility. The property will also include 47 enclosed parking spaces. The project site is located along West 126th Street between Amsterdam Avenue to the west and Morningside Avenue to the east.

Recent photos show the reinforced concrete superstructure fully topped out, with installation of the floor-to-ceiling glass curtain wall yet to begin.

A completion date for 410 West 126th Street is stated on the construction board for this winter, although sometime in 2022 is more likely.

All right, the whole structure is finished. In the future, sooner or later. Crews have to keep doing it in anyway, so report as you see: Thanks to Michael Young.

  2. It’s Peter Poon, so I hope this building doesn’t turn out to be anything negative. Luckily, so far, it looks somewhat decent.

  3. Looks great without any glass, maybe it should just be left..nah

  4. Peter Poon: the poor developer’s Gene Kaufman.

  5. Wow. There is a building boom in West Harlem and Manhattanville. With the four biotech buildings going right next door, this is going to be a great area.

  6. Is this any connection to Columbia University?

  7. Interested in this residential building. Looks awesome! Does this building have a parking garage and how do I obtain an application?

  8. Please send me a application for housing. Thank you
