The affordable housing lottery has launched for 12-22 Astoria Boulevard, a five-story mixed-use building in Astoria, Queens. Designed by Angelo Ng + Anthony Ng Architect and developed by Brett Harris of AKI Development, the structure yields ten residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are three units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $96,000 to $218,010.
Amenities include a recreation room, fitness studio, private storage, package room, cold storage, and a landscaped roof deck. Tenants are responsible for electricity including heat, and gas including stove and hot water.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there are three two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,800 for incomes ranging from $96,000 to $218,010.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than May 23, 2024.
