Currently, Michael Stern and Joseph Chetrit are interested in acquiring the property; the pair also own 340 Flatbush, and if they can tap into air-rights provided by Chase Bank, a 500,000 square-foot building could rise, potentially becoming Brooklyn’s first supertall.
