The buildings will measure 2,557 square feet each, and across both, the residential units should average 859 square feet apiece. There will be a total of two 0ff-street parking spaces. Chang Hwa Tan’s Flushing-based archirecture firm is the architect of record. The 50-foot-wide, 4,750-square-foot plot is currently occupued by a two-story house. Demolition permits were filed in September.
