Renderings Revealed for Atrium Residences at 246 Maple Avenue in Prospect-Lefferts Gardens, Brooklyn

Palette Architecture’s New York studio recently completed the design of a new five-story condominium building in Prospect-Lefferts Gardens, Brooklyn. Named Atrium Residences, the property will take shape at 246 Maple Avenue, just three blocks away from Prospect Park.

Permits have been filed for a four-story apartment building at 1066 Jefferson Avenue in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Located between Broadway and Bushwick Avenue, the lot is one city block north of the Halsey Street subway station, serviced by the J train. Nigel Boyden of Crox Dale Real Estate is listed as the owner behind the applications.
