Ofer Prager has filed applications for a four-story, eight-unit residential building at 1528 Bergen Street, in eastern Crown Heights, six blocks south of the A and C trains’ stop at Utica Avenue. The building will measure 6,609 square feet in total, which means units will average 826 square feet apiece. One of the units on the fourth floor will also include a fifth-floor penthouse, according to the Schedule A. Forest Hills-based Arc Architecture + Design Studio is the architect of record, and permits were filed in October to demolish an existing single-story house. This isn’t the day’s first news from Ofer Prager, as another project is planned at 1545 Bergen Street.

One of the fourth-floor units will also feature a fifth-floor penthouse. Arc Architecture + Design Studio is the architect of record. A recessed two-story house must first be demolished.
