It will measure 3,892 square feet, 2,978 square feet of which will be residential space. It will host a single apartment on the ground and cellar levels, followed by a second apartment on the second, third, and penthouse levels. Russell A. Dance’s South Ozone Park-based RLD3 Engineering is the applicant of record. The site, a 16-foot-wide, 1,667-square-foot property, is currently vacant. The Gates Avenue stop on the J/Z trains is located three blocks to the north.

The structure will measure 5,300 square feet and its residential units should average 662.5 square feet apiece, indicative of rental apartments. There will be two apartments on each floor. Russell A. Dance’s South Ozone Park-based RLD3 Engineering is the applicant of record. The 25-foot-wide, 2,075-square-foot property is currently vacant. It’s predecessor, a three-story structure was demolished back in 2005 by the city’s Department of Housing Preservation and Development. The Freeman Street stop on the 2 and 5 trains is two blocks to the south.
