The affordable housing lottery has launched for 16 Bartlett Street, a six-story residential building in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Built in 2014, the 20,110-square-foot development yields ten units. Available on NYC Housing Connect are two newly constructed condominiums for sale for residents at 60 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $40,000 to $77,340.
Units have air conditioning and hardwood floors.
At 60 percent of the AMI, there are two two-bedrooms with a $275,626 estimated sales price with a $172 monthly carrying fee for incomes ranging from $40,000 to $77,340.
Eligible buyers must have 10 percent of the purchase price available for a down payment, however larger down payments may allow for lower minimum incomes. Buyers must occupy the condominiums as their primary residence. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than May 21, 2021.
