KPMG will soon relocate its headquarters to Two Manhattan West, a new 58-story office skyscraper in Midtown West, on the edge of Hudson Yards. At 450,000 square feet, the transaction is the largest office deal to close in New York City this year.

The Midtown, Manhattan project stands between Tenth and Eleventh Avenues near the High Line and Hudson Yards.

Designed by Skidmore Owings & Merrill and developed by Brookfield Properties, the 21-story project makes up one of five separate buildings in the Manhattan West master plan, which sits directly across Tenth Avenue from Hudson Yards. The property is located along West 33rd Street between Ninth and Tenth Avenues, wedged between One Manhattan West and Five Manhattan West, and will yield 164 guest rooms as well as condominiums on the upper levels.
