A retail component will measure nearly 1,590 square feet on the ground level, and Philip Toscano Architects is designing. The nearly 8,000 square-foot building is currently getting its façade, and completion is likely later this year.

Grand Residences LLC has filed new applications for a planned seven-story, 133-unit residential building measuring nearly 90,300 square feet at 125 Borinquen Place, in central Williamsburg, that had originally been filed in 2013. A small retail component of a few hundred square feet is also included, and DJLU Architects is designing. The existing single-story structure was approved for demolition in 2013.
