432 Park is now well underway, as excavation work has continued at a rapid pace. Almost the entire parcel facing 56th Street has now been excavated, while demolition work on the 57th Street-facing town-homes is also near completion.
Given the simplicity of the (still unofficial) design, once the foundation work is done 432 Park could begin shooting upwards. The recent pace of work suggests that could occur by the end of the year; regardless, progress is certainly being made.
