Extell Development Company has revealed the Central Park Club, the world’s highest private dining and entertainment club over 1,000 feet above Billionaires’ Row in the Central Park Tower, a 131-story residential supertall at 217 West 57th Street in Midtown. Designed by Rottet Studio, the club spans around 50,000 square feet across three stories, peaking at floor 100.
Amenities include a grand ballroom with seating for more than 120 people, private bar and restaurant with seasonal menus from Michelin star chefs, and wine and cigar lounges. The consulting Michelin star chefs include Alfred Portale, Laurent Tourndel, and Gabriel Kreuther.
“Central Park Tower’s 100th floor is unlike anything else in the world and it’s only fitting that it is located in New York City’s preeminent skyscraper,” said Gary Barnett, founder and chairman of Extell. “In addition to the unmatched residences, which offer endless views, exquisite architecture, and gracious layouts, Central Park Club is a defining element that further elevates our residents’ living experience.”
Extell partnered with Colin Cowie Lifestyle to outfit the space with lights that will adapt with the setting sun, music that will grow in tempo from morning to night, and custom seasonal scents.
“We have been in the business of creating bespoke luxury experiences for 35 years but Central Park Tower is our first foray partnering with a luxury residential building,” said Colin Cowie. “Our mission as a company is about creating experiences that deliver life at the top. There is literally and figuratively no better building in the world to showcase that than at Central Park Tower.”
Located on the 14th floor, additional amenities included with Central Park Club membership include a 60-foot outdoor swimming pool, a sun deck with cabanas, a private garden, a gas grill and bar, a fireplace, and a screening wall. Also located on this floor is a residents’ lounge with billiards, private screening and performance space, a game room, and a conference room and business center.
On the 16th floor, amenities include a 63-foot indoor saltwater swimming pool and spa, a fitness and wellness center, a dual squash/half basketball court, private treatment rooms, and locker rooms with showers, steam rooms, and saunas.
Extell Marketing Group and Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group are the exclusive sales and marketing agents for the building, where pricing for current availability starts at $6.5 million.

Swimming in luxury.
Somehow I just can’t picture
Ken Griffin leaving his 4 floor penthouse, to lounge around the pool with his “part-time/3rd or 4th home” neighbors?! 🤣😂🤣
He’s not in this building. He is in the shorter tan one next to it.
Sorry, made a mistake and realized later that Kem “lives” at the
220 SCP tower. Still can’t a picture “Billionaire” using the pool or other amenities, and mixing with people? 🤔
Griffin’s apartment is across the street
Goody for them that ugly piece if crap that fits in no where.
