Fordham’s new law school and dormitory continues to rise, with the structural component of the law school almost complete (the dormitory will sit on top). More of the law school’s facade has been installed, and the quality of the material appears to be great. It’s refreshing to see a building going up in Midtown that isn’t a simple glass box, and the completed facade is likely to be quite impressive, at least going by what has already been installed.
As construction continues on the law school and dormitory, work is also ongoing at Glenwood’s new apartment tower, and excavation for the building’s foundation is nearing completion.
