One57 is now on its 68th floor, seven floors short of topping-out. The building continues to rise quickly, and the cladding is looking fantastic. One57 is also the tallest building in the neighborhood, having surpassed all neighboring towers–it’s even taller than Rockefeller Center now. Completion of the superstructure should be occurring soon and if the current pace keeps up, it could occur by the end of June.
