Cladding is almost complete along the lower half of 1715 Broadway, and it’s looking great. Another work of Nobutaka Ashihara, the tower is tall enough to be visible from Times Square. The views will be unparalleled for hotel guests, as the tower is now the tallest building in New York City that is hotel-only.
