320 Kent Avenue: Developer Two Trees has filed permits to begin foundation and structural work on their 36-story and 392-unit residential tower at 320 Kent Avenue, a significant portion of the Domino Sugar Redevelopment in Williamsburg. Recently surfaced by YIMBY, today’s action is to pursue continued infrastructure work.
845 Grand Street: An anonymous LLC has filed applications to construct a six-story and 40-unit residential building of 29,054 square feet at 845 Grand Street, in East Williamsburg. Demolition of the existing one-story structure was approved last November; a designer from BDP Expediters Group is the architect of record.
627 DeKalb Avenue: “Nostrand DeKalb LLC” has filed applications to construct a seven-story and 28-unit residential building of 25,258 square feet at 627 DeKalb Avenue, in Bedford-Stuyvesant. Demolition of an existing dilapidated commercial structure was approved in May; Issac & Stern are designing.
1691 East New York Avenue: ENY Hotel LLC has filed applications to construct a four-story and 58-unit commercial structure of 14,653 square feet at 1687-1691 East New York Avenue, Brownsville; the lots are currently vacant.
264 Albany Avenue: The owner of 264 Albany Avenue — a vacant lot in Crown Heights — has filed applications to construct a four-story and eight-unit residential building of 6,678 square feet; Diego Aguilera is designing.
366 Avenue Y: Avo Construction has filed building applications to construct a three-story and six-unit residential structure of 6,608 square feet on the vacant lots of 366-374 Avenue Y, in Gravesend; Bricolage Designs is the architect of record.
127 Boerum Street: BL Realty Group has filed applications to construct a four-story and eight-unit residential building of 5,830 square feet at 127 Boerum Street, in Williamsburg. The existing two-story building has undergone a conversion in recent years, but this proposal would require its demolition.
2647 Pitkin Avenue: Applications have been submitted to construct a three-story mixed-use building of 3,781 square feet at the vacant lot of 2647 Pitkin Avenue, in East New York. The building will be broken up into two residences, 1,005 square-feet of commercial space, and a small community facility.
Queens:
16-01 149th Street: The owner of 16-01 149th Street, in Whitestone, has filed applications to construct a two-story and two-unit residential building of 3,253 square feet; the lot currently houses a two-story dwelling.
56-15 251st Street: The owner of 56-15 251st Street, in Little Neck, has filed applications to construct a two-story and two-unit residential building of 2,907 square feet. The lot has seen multiple redevelopment attempts over the last seven years.
229 Oceanside Avenue: Breezy Point Cooperative Inc. has filed applications to construct a two-story, single-family residential structure of 1,512 square feet. The construction serves to “rebuild [the] home due to hurricane damage.”
Staten Island:
632 Britton Avenue: The owner of 628-634 Britton Avenue, in Todt Hill, has filed applications to construct four single-family homes, each spanning 1,200 square feet. Approval to demolish the existing one-story structure was granted in April.
381 Pulaski Avenue: The owner of 381 Pulaski Avenue, in Mariners Harbor, has filed applications to construct a two-story and two-unit residential building of 2,044 square feet; the lot is currently vacant.
