5223 3rd Avenue: P. Crane LLC has filed applications to construct a four-story and eight-unit residential building of nearly 5,500 square feet at the vacant lot of 5223 3rd Avenue, in Sunset Park. Demolition of a derelict structure wrapped up in 2008; Jung Wor Chin is designing.
28 Wilson Avenue: A developer is filing applications for a four-story and eight-unit residential building of nearly 5,500 square feet at 28 Wilson Avenue, in Bushwick. Approved last week, the one-story garage towards the back of the site will be demolished; S&S Architectural is designing.
880 Metropolitan Avenue: 880 Metro Realty has filed applications to construct four, four-story and seven-unit residential buildings — each of nearly 5,000 square feet — at 878-882 Metropolitan Avenue and 251–253 Devoe Street, in East Williamsburg. Demolition of existing low-rise warehouses is complete; John D Calcagnile is designing.
210-04 48th Avenue: 48 Garden Realty LLC has filed applications to construct eight, two-story and two-unit townhouses at the vacant lots of 210-02 – 210-16 48th Avenue, in Bayside. The majority of the townhouses will span roughly 1,850 square feet, while a few will span over 2,3o0 square feet; An Shen Ma is designing.
26 Patricia Court: In addition to a slew of applications filed for Patricia Court on Monday, the developer — 91 Seguine Ave. LLC — has filed to build a two-story and single-family abode of 2,085 square feet at 26 Patricia Court, in Prince’s Bay; applications for a one-story garage were also submitted.
