3 Hudson BoulevardSpanning 396-410 11th Avenue, Moinian Group has submitted their first building application for the 66-story 3 Hudson Boulevard, on the Far West Side. To be amended, the initial permits account for merely a portion of the entire project; once approved, the MTA will begin foundational work up-to-grade, which is expected to take approximately one year.

7 West 21st StreetApproved by the LPC, William Friedland is filing applications to begin construction of a 14-story and 239-unit mixed-use building — totaling 220,790 square feet — at the thru-block site of 7-13 West 21st Street — also 6-14 West 22nd Street — in the Flatiron District; 8,211 square feet is being allotted for commercial usage. Permits had been filed for excavation and structural framing, though approval has yet to be granted by the DoB. Morris Adjimi is designing, and SBJ is the architect of record.

Queens:

41 Beach 216th StreetBreezy Point Cooperative has filed applications to construct a two-story and single-family abode — spanning 2,184 square feet — “to replace the original one-story dwelling damaged during Sandy” at 41 Beach 216th Street, in Breezy Point.

20 Fulton WalkBreezy Point Cooperative has filed applications to construct a two-story and single-family abode of 1,368 square feet at 20 Fulton Walk, in Breezy Point; the site’s predecessor had been destroyed by a large-scale fire during Superstorm Sandy in 2012.

Staten Island:

17 Mason BoulevardProperty owner Robert Grande has filed applications to construct a three-story and two-unit residential building of nearly 5,600 square feet at the vacant lot of 17 Mason Boulevard, in Rossville; Lawrence Mandarino is designing.

384 Arbutus AvenueOwner Nicholas Cammarato has filed applications to construct a two-story and single-family abode of 2,847 square feet at the vacant lot of 384 Arbutus Avenue, in Annadale.
