22-30 College Point Boulevard: Danny Sung Chin Chiang — of 22-34 College Point LLC — has filed applications to construct a three-story and 14-unit mixed-use building of 19,431 square feet at the vacant lot of 22-30 College Point Boulevard, in College Point; commercial space will take up 7,736 square feet. The project will likely span into 22-34 College Point, where a two-story structure was demolished in July; Chang Hwa Tan is designing.
159-12 72nd Avenue: Ting Ting Wang has filed applications to construct a two-story and two-unit residential building of 2,580 square feet at 159-12 72nd Avenue, in Pomonok; the existing derelict two-story structure was approved for demolition in July.
Staten Island:
24 Hawthorne Avenue: JRJ Development has filed applications to construct a two-story and single-family abode of 2,066 square feet at the vacant lot of 24 Hawthorne Avenue, in Graniteville.
