MANHATTAN:

151 Maiden Lane: Structural and foundation permits have been filed for the 33-story hotel coming to 151 Maiden Lane, designed by Poon, which will likely stand adjacent to a taller, 51-story residential building.

BROOKLYN:

185 Freeman Street: Chazkel Babad of Freeman Gardens LLC has filed structural permits for the 4-story development at 185 Freeman Street, in Greenpoint; the extension of the existing building will add one floor, and 2,000 square feet, with the number of units set to increase from two to seven.

QUEENS:

217-15 – 23 112th Road: Anthony Namdar has filed for three two-story buildings at 217-15, 217-19, and 217-23 112th Road, in South Jamaica. Each of the two-unit structures will span approximately 2,000 square feet, and Royal Engineering P.C. is listed as the architect of record.

67-36 167th Street: Valeriy Matatov has filed permits for a two-story and 2,923 square foot residential building at 67-36 167th Street. Located in Fresh Meadows, the architect of record is Anthony Cucich.

128-60 – 76 Hook Creek Boulevard: Hamid Kavian of Atid Development has filed permits for five new single-family homes, located from 128-60 through to 128-76 Hook Creek Boulevard, each of which will measure approximately 2,500 square feet. Sion Associates is designing.

128-63 – 67 Fortune Way: The same developer and architect building the homes on Hook Creek has filed for three new single-family abodes from 128-63 to 128-67 Fortune Way, also in Queens, each of which will span 2,700 square feet.

STATEN ISLAND:

80 A Center Street: Property owner Anthony Perosi has filed applications to construct a three-story, single-family home of roughly 3,500 square feet at the vacant lot of 80 A Center Street, in Richmond.

314 Liberty Avenue: Jansa Family LLC has filed applications to construct four, two- or three-story residential buildings — ranging between 1,800 and 2,700 square feet — spanning 312-314 and 328-330 Liberty Avenue, in northern Midland Beach. The development will total five units; old structures were demolished at Nos. 312 and 330 in July.

7 Nino Court: John Larosa has filed applications to construct a three-story and single-family abode of 2,578 square feet at the vacant lot of 7 Nino Court — also under the alternative address of 421 Bedell Avenue — in Tottenville.

302 Bartlett Avenue: Crown Jewel has filed applications to construct two, two-story and single-family homes — one of nearly 2,400 square feet, and the other of 2,172 square feet — spanning the vacant lots of 296-302 Bartlett Avenue, in northern Eltingville.

3 Kingsley Place: Phil Farinacci has filed applications to construct two, two-story and two-unit residential buildings — one of 2,061, and the other of 1,831 square feet — at the vacant lots of 3-5 Kingsley Place, in Tompkinsville.
