275 West 140th Street: Radson Development has filed to begin construction of an eight-story and 54-unit mixed-use building of 55,847 square feet — including 8,024 square feet of commercial space — at the vacant lot of 275 West 140th Street, in Harlem; Aufgang is designing.

BROOKLYN:

243 57th Street: Applications have been filed for a five-story and 12-unit residential building of nearly 8,000 square feet spanning 243-245 57th Street, in Sunset Park; City Building NY is designing.

108 Frost Street: Madison Management LLC has filed applications to construct a five-story and 10-unit residential building of 6,747 square feet at 108 Frost Street, in Williamsburg; a single-story structure must first be demolished, and Michael Avramides is designing.

196 Middleton Street: An anonymous LLC has filed applications to construct a five-story and 10-unit residential building of nearly 6,700 square feet at 196 Middleton Street, in Broadway Triangle; a single-story structure must first be demolished, and Michael Avramides is designing.

219 26th Street: An anonymous LLC has filed applications to construct a three-story and four-unit residential building of 3,640 square feet at 219 26th Street, in Greenwood; an existing two-story structure must first be demolished.

385 Jefferson Avenue: Applications have been filed for a three-story and three-unit residential building of 3,436 square feet at the vacant lot of 385 Jefferson Avenue, in Bedford-Stuyvesant.

QUEENS:

134-47 158th Street: Shefa LLC has filed applications to construct two, two-story and two-unit residential buildings – each of nearly 2,100 square feet — spanning 134-47 – 134-49 158th Street, in Rochdale Village. A single-story structure was approved for demolition earlier this month.

STATEN ISLAND:

110 Willowbrook Road: Jake Rock LLC has filed applications to construct two, three-story and two-unit residential buildings — each of 3,541 square feet — spanning 110-114 Willowbrook Road, in Graniteville; demolition of an existing three-story structure is imminent.

76 Hanover Avenue: Jesna Construction Management Corp. has filed applications to construct two, three-story and two-unit residential buildings — each of roughly 2,500 square feet — spanning the vacant lot of 72-78 Hanover Avenue, in Prince’s Bay. The site’s two-story predecessor was demolished in 2012.

19 Sunnymeade Village: Applications have been filed to construct a two-story and single-family abode of nearly 1,300 square feet at 19 Sunnymeade Village, in Arrochar.
