Revealed in August, the building will total nearly 182,000 square feet in construction area, and will rise 432 feet. Demolition of the existing three-story structure is imminent.
11 West 37th Street: WL Group Construction has filed applications to construct an 18-story and 68-room hotel of 24,686 square feet at 11 West 37th Street, in Midtown South; an existing five-story structure was approved for demolition earlier this month.
243 East 7th Street: Sci Oone Real Estate has filed applications to construct a six-story and two-unit residential building of 9,265 square feet at 243 East 7th Street, in the East Village; an existing three-story townhouse will need to be demolished, and Studio Razavi is designing
BRONX:
766 Southern Boulevard: An anonymous LLC has filed applications to construct a single-story retail building of nearly 4,700 square feet spanning 756-766 Southern Boulevard, in Woodstock; a gas station currently occupies the parcel.
BROOKLYN:
345 Livonia Avenue: The NYCHU has filed applications for a 12-story and 100-unit residential building of 94,267 square feet at 345 Livonia Avenue, in Brownsville; Dattner is designing.
1556 East 19th Street: An anonymous LLC has filed applications to construct a seven-story and 17-unit residential building of nearly 12,000 square feet at 1556 East 19th Street, in Midwood; the demolition of an existing two-story structure is imminent, and William Lamartina is the architect of record.
127 Bay 28th Street: An anonymous LLC has filed applications to construct a three-story and six-unit residential building of 7,139 square feet at 127 Bay 28th Street, in Bath Beach; an existing 2.5-story structure must first be demolished, and Bricolage is designing.
57 Wyckoff Street: Applications have been filed for a four-story and single-residence mansion of 6,289 square feet at 57 Wyckoff Street, in Boerum Hill; an existing three-story townhouse will likely be demolished, and Workshop Architecture Planning is designing.
QUEENS:
104-14 Roosevelt Avenue: Eshkol Development has filed applications to construct a three-story and 10,000 square-foot commercial building spanning 104-12 – 104-14 Roosevelt Avenue, in North Corona; a single-story structure was approved for demolition this month, and Sion Hourizadeh is the architect of record.
90-17 Desarc Road: Zhingri Builders Inc. has filed applications to construct a two-story and two-unit residential building of 2,400 square feet at the vacant lot of 90-17 Desarc Road, in Ozone Park.
46-20 Burling Street: Applications have been filed for a two-story and two-unit residential building of 1,786 square feet at the vacant lot of 46-20 Burling Street, in East Flushing.
STATEN ISLAND:
105 Petrus Avenue: Bradley Associates of Staten Island has filed applications to construct two, three-story and two-unit residential buildings — each of nearly 3,000 square feet — spanning 101-105 Petrus Avenue, in Arden Heights; an existing building must first be demolished.
762 Seaview Avenue: Applications have been filed for a three-story and single-family abode of nearly 2,000 square feet for 762 Seaview Avenue, in northern Midland Beach; an existing single-story structure will need to be demolished.
