1 East Loop Road: The NYC Economic Development Corp has filed applications for the Cornell Tech Campus, on Roosevelt Island, to construct a 26-story and 352-unit residential building of 252,362 square feet at 1 East Loop Road; Handel is designing.

19 East Houston Street: Applications have been filed for a six-story and 30,870 square-foot commercial building at the vacant lot of 19 East Houston Street, in SoHo; S9 Architecture is designing.

275 Pleasant Avenue: Applications have been filed for a six-story and two-unit residential building of 3,500 square feet at the vacant lot of 275 Pleasant Avenue, in East Harlem.

BROOKLYN:

325 Kent Avenue: Domino A LLC has filed applications to construct a 16-story and 522-unit building — phase one of the Domino Redevelopment Project — totaling 382,746 square feet, including a 9,372 square-foot commercial component, at 317-327 Kent Avenue, in Williamsburg. Ismael Leyva is the architect of record, and SHoP is designing.

77 Commercial Street: Spanning 77-87 Commercial Street, in Greenpoint, “Waterview at Greenpoint LLC” has filed a slew of applications to construct a 40-story and 296-unit residential building of 247,504 square feet, a 30-story and 224-unit residential building of 170,156 square feet, and a six-story and 200-unit building of 230,149 square feet. CetraRuddy is the architect of record.

850 4th Avenue: An anonymous LLC has filed applications to construct a four-story and 81-unit hotel building of nearly 20,000 square feet spanning 846-850 4th Avenue, in Greenwood; Flander Julien is designing.

2685 East 22nd Street: STA Business LLC has filed applications to construct a three-story and 12-unit residential building of 11,557 square feet at 2685 East 22nd Street, in Sheepshead Bay; Mozer is designing.

1295 Greene Avenue: Greene Ave Residence LLC has filed applications to construct a four-story and nine-unit residential building of 8,560 square feet at 1295 Greene Avenue, in Bushwick; Diego Aguilera is designing.

73 Gerry Street: Davbel Property has filed applications to construct three, four-story and two-unit residential buildings — each spanning roughly 5,600 square feet — at 73-85 Gerry Street, in Broadway Triangle.

405 Quincy Street: An anonymous owner has filed applications to construct a four-story and six-unit residential building of nearly 5,000 square feet at 405 Quincy Street, in Bedford-Stuyvesant.

QUEENS:

150-15 Raleigh Street: NYCSCU has filed applications to construct a four-story and 83,907 square-foot school at 150-15 Raleigh Street, in South Ozone Park.

224-16 Francis Lewis Boulevard: Chabad Shluchim Office has filed applications to construct a four-story and 32,200 square-foot community facility at 224-16 Lewis Boulevard, in Cambria Heights; a single-story structure must first be demolished.

STATEN ISLAND: 

397 Garretson Avenue: Applications have been filed for a two-story and two-unit residential building of 3,648 square feet for 397 Gerretson Avenue, in Dongan Hills; a garage structure will need to be demolished first.

107 Holcomb Avenue: Applications have been filed for a three-story and two-unit residential building of 2,400 square feet for the vacant lot of 107 Holcomb Avenue, in Rossville.
