252 East 57th Street [Curbed]: World Wide Group’s 65-story, 93-condo and 173-rental unit residential building — currently under construction at 252 East 57th Street, in Midtown East — has received floor plans and interior renderings. The tower is being designed by SOM.

1552 Bergen Street [Commercial Observer]: A seven-story and 88-unit all-affordable residential building is planned for 1548-1552 Bergen Street, in Crown Heights, with construction commencing “next summer.” Renderings have been already been posted on-site, and the site’s  two-story predecessor was demolished in June.

461 West 34th Street [Crain’s New York]: Related and Highbridge have agreed to lend David Marx $60 million to construct his planned 29-story and 399-room hotel building set to rise at the vacant northeast corner of 34th Street and 10th Avenue — at 461 West 34th Street — on the Far West Side; construction is imminent.

757 Bergen Street [Brownstoner]: Demolition of a two-story wood-framed structure at 757 Bergen Street, in Crown Heights, is imminent; it will make way for a three-story and three-unit residential building, and construction fencing has been erected around the site.

2202 3rd Avenue [Commercial Observer]: An anonymous LLC has purchased a three-story and 12,000 square-foot commercial building at 2202-2210 3rd Avenue — in East Harlem — for $5.35 million. The site has a total of 29,000 square feet of development potential, and the current tenant’s lease expires in November of 2015.

34-46 Vernon Boulevard [Brownstoner]: Alma Realty has refiled applications for an 18-story residential building at 34-46 Vernon Boulevard, in Astoria, amending previous permits that called for a 298,535 square-foot and 336-unit development. Excavation work has already commenced, and verticality is imminent.

42-35 Crescent Street [The Court Square Blog]: Demolition has wrapped up at 42-35 Crescent Street, in Long Island City, to make way for an 11-story and 224-room hotel. Construction is imminent, and completion is expected “in early 2016.”

779 Wyckoff Avenue [Brownstoner]: The three-story addition atop the existing two-story structure at 779 Wyckoff Avenue, in Ridgewood, has been fully built out, with façade and glass almost completely installed. The 28-unit rental building is being designed by Gerald Caliendo, with completion likely for later this year.
