682 Chauncey Street: An LLC has filed applications for a six-story and 10-unit residential building of 13,106 square feet at the vacant lot of 682 Chauncey Street, in southern Bushwick; Charles Mallea is designing.
1480 Pacific Street: An LLC has filed applications for a four-story and eight-unit residential building of 9,426 square feet at 1480 Pacific Street, in Crown Heights; demolition began last month on the existing three-story structure, and Olabanki Awosika is listed as architect.
1164 Greene Avenue: An LLC has filed applications for two, four-story and 10-unit residential buildings — each spanning 8,182 square feet — at the lots of 1164-1168 Greene Avenue, in Bushwick; multiple two-story structures are currently being demolished, and Bricolage is designing.
109 Utica Avenue: An LLC has filed applications for a four-story and eight-unit residential building of 5,686 square feet at the vacant lot of 109 Utica Avenue, in Crown Heights; Sandor Weiss is listed as architect.
541 Kosciusko Street: An LLC has filed applications to construct a four-story and two-unit residential building of 3,100 square feet at the vacant lot of 541 Kosciusko Street, in northern Bedford-Stuyvesant.

24 Graham Place: Breezy Point Cooperative has filed applications for a single-story and single-family abode of nearly 1,000 square feet at 24 Graham Place, in Breezy Point.
159 Ocean Avenue: Breezy Point Cooperative has filed applications for a single-story and single-family abode of nearly 1,000 square feet at 159 Ocean Avenue, in Breezy Point.
STATEN ISLAND:
454 St. George Road: Applications have been filed for a two-story and single-family abode of 2,924 square feet at the vacant lot of 454 St. George Road, in Lighthouse Hill; Morace is designing.
86 Wright Avenue: Applications have been filed for a two-story and single-family abode of 1,718 square feet at the vacant lot of 86 Wright Avenue, in Mariners Harbor.
151 Burke Avenue: EZB Development LLC has filed applications for three, two-story and single-family abodes — each of 1,561 square feet — spanning 151-155 Burke Avenue, in Travis-Chelsea; an existing two-story structure must first be demolished.
