8718 Bay Parkway: An LLC has filed applications for a seven-story and 17,708 square-foot community facility at 8718 Bay Parkway, in Bath Beach; the site’s 2.5-story predecessor was demolished in December, and Rybak is designing.

29-01 Review Avenue: Borden LIC Properties has filed applications to construct a six-story and 143,700 square-foot storage building spanning 29-01 – 29-05 Review Avenue, in Long Island City; the site’s single-story predecessor was demolished in 2011, and Frank Relf is designing.

23-23 Astoria Boulevard: An LLC has filed applications for an eight-story and 14-unit residential building of 10,803 square feet at 23-23 Astoria Boulevard; an existing two-story structure was approved for demolition in July, and Rizwan Abdus Salam is designing.
