1461 58th Street: “Well of Miriam 2 LLC” has filed applications for a three-story, two-unit residential building of 6,652 square feet at 1461 58th Street, in Borough Park. Bricolage is designing, and an existing 2.5-story structure was approved for demolition in October.

2820 Avenue Z: Applications have been filed for a three-story, five-unit residential building of 4,652 square feet spanning the vacant lots of 2820-2824 Avenue Z, in Sheepshead Bay. The site’s two-story predecessor was demolished in 2011, and Citiscape Consulting is listed as the architect.

377 Quincy Street: An LLC has filed applications for a four-story, four-unit residential building of nearly 4,000 square feet at 377 Quincy Street, in Bedford-Stuyvesant. An existing two-story townhouse must first be demolished, and Anthony Cucich is designing.

QUEENS:

163-18 115th Avenue: Hillside Ave Hotel LLC has filed applications for a 75-key hotel of 16,737 square feet at the vacant lot of 163-18 115th Avenue, in South Jamaica. M.S. Savani Architect is designing.

STATEN ISLAND:

Burgundy Loop DevelopmentBaiano Development has filed applications for six two-story, single-family homes — each of roughly 2,000 square feet — spanning the vacant lots of 85-95 Burgundy Loop, in Clifton. The applications are a part of a larger development to total 135,400 residential square feet, once fully built out.

311 Yetman Avenue: Applications have been filed for a two-story, two-unit residential building of 2,127 square feet at the vacant lot of 311 Yetman Avenue, in Tottenville.

171 Castleton Avenue: Applications have been filed for a two-story, single-family abode of nearly 2,000 square feet at the vacant lot of 171 Castleton Avenue, in Tompkinsville.
