211 West 252nd Street: An LLC has filed applications for a four-story, four-unit residential building of 4,240 square feet at the vacant lot of 211 West 252nd Street, in Fieldston.
BROOKLYN:
833 39th Street: An LLC has filed applications for an eight-story, 29,627 square-foot hospital building at 833 39th Street, in Greenwood. Michael Kang is designing, and demolition began on the existing single-story structure in August.
220 Hull Street: NYC HDFC has filed applications for a five-story, 28-unit community building of 14,514 square feet at the vacant lot of 220 Hull Street, in eastern Bedford-Stuyvesant. Urban Architectural Initiative is designing the project.
7417 14th Avenue: An LLC has filed applications for a three-story, six-unit residential building of 6,651 square feet to span 7413-7423 14th Avenue, in Dyker Heights. Bricolage Designs is listed as the architect, and the existing 2.5-story structure was approved for demolition earlier this month.
QUEENS:
30-94 34th Street: Viviani Equities has filed applications for a seven-story, eight-unit residential and retail building of nearly 11.900 square feet spanning 30-94 – 30-98 34th Street, in Astoria. Christopher V Papa is listed as the architect, and an existing single-story structure must first be demolished.
