222 North 8th Street: Orion Development has filed applications for a six-story and two-unit residential building of 6,000 square feet at 222 North 8th Street, in Williamsburg. An existing three-story townhouse was approved for demolition in September, and Li Architect Associate is designing.

757 55th Street: Opus 1 Development has filed applications for a four-story and four-unit residential and community building of 3,935 square feet at the vacant lot of 757 55th Street, in Sunset Park. The site’s three-story predecessor was demolished last month.

720 Lafayette Avenue: NYCHP has filed applications for a three-story and two-unit residential building of 2,376 square feet at the vacant lot of 720 Lafayette Avenue, in Bedford-Stuyvesant.

QUEENS:

106-22 97th Street: Applications have been filed for a two-story “building for doctors offices,” totaling 4,590 square feet, and to be located at the vacant lot of 106-22 97th Street, in Ozone Park; RS Design Associates is listed as the architect.

154-20 107th Avenue: Area Construction has been granted approval to construct a three-story and three-unit residential building of 3,780 square feet at 154-20 107th Avenue, in Jamaica. The two-story predecessor was demolished last month. The firm is also set to build a second three-story and three-unit building of 3,600 square feet at the vacant lot at No. 154-18.

445 Beach 130th Street: Applications have been filed for a three-story and two-unit residential building of 2,000 square feet at 445 Beach 130th Street, in Belle Harbor; the site’s original two-story structure was destroyed by Sandy.

101 Oceanside Avenue: Breezy Point Cooperative has filed applications for a two-story and single-family home of 1,664 square feet at 101 Oceanside Avenue, in Breezy Point.

STATEN ISLAND: 

76 Byrne Avenue: Building Estates of SI Inc. has filed applications for two, three-story and two-unit residential buildings, and one two-story and single-family abode, all spanning 72-76 Byrne Avenue, in Westerleigh; between the three buildings, there’s a total of nearly 4,500 square feet, and an existing 1.5-story structure at No. 76 was demolished last month.
