730 Franklin Avenue: An LLC has filed applications for a six-story, 10-unit building of 10,700 square feet at the vacant lot of 730 Franklin Avenue, in Crown Heights. Commercial space will total 1,676 square feet, and Sion Hourizadeh is listed as the project’s architect.

1850 Bath Avenue: Prince Park Realty has filed applications for a two-story, 9,630 square-foot community facility building spanning the lots of 1850-1856 Bath Avenue, in Bath Beach. Shiming Tam is designing, and an existing two-story structure must first be demolished.

223 Veronica Place: Dream House LLC has filed applications for four three-story, two-unit residential buildings — each of 6,805 square feet — spanning the lots of 223-229 Veronica Place, in Flatbush – Ditmas Park. Edmond Hakimian is listed as the architect, and the existing single-story structure passed pre-demo inspection in September.

151 Russell Street: Applications have been filed for a four-story, six-unit residential and retail building of nearly 5,000 square feet at 151 Russell Street, in Greenpoint. Gerald Caliendo is designing, and the retail portion will measure 700 square feet. An existing single-story structure must first be demolished.

QUEENS:

27-13 21st Street: HD Management has filed applications for a 12-story, 52-unit residential building of 38,547 square feet at the lots spanning 27-13 – 27-17 21st Street, in Astoria. Purcell Architects is designing, and the site’s three- and single-story predecessors were demolished in August.

77-36 169th Street: TNT International Holdings has filed applications for a two-story, two-unit mixed-use building of 4,680 square feet at 77-36 169th Street, in Hillcrest. Commercial space will measure 2,472 square feet, and the existing two-story structure was approved for demolition in early November.

1 Hudson Walk: Breezy Point Cooperative has filed applications for a two-story, single-family abode of 1,872 square feet at 1 Hudson Walk, in Breezy Point. The site’s single-family predecessor was destroyed in 2012.

STATEN ISLAND:

447 Corbin Avenue: Applications have been filed for a two-story, single-story home of 2,843 square feet at 447 Corbin Avenue, in northern Great Kills. Rampulla Associates Architects is designing, and an existing single-story abode was recently approved for demolition.
