132A Stanhope Street: An LLC has filed applications for a four-story, eight-unit residential building of 5,848 square feet at 132A Stanhope Street, in Bushwick. KR Design Group is listed as the architect, and an existing two-story abode must first be demolished.
1290 Decatur Street: An LLC has filed three addition applications for four-story, eight-unit buildings — each of 5,451 square feet — at the lot Nos. of 1292, 1294 and 1300 Decatur Street, in Bushwick. S3 Architecture is designing, and an existing single-story structure must first be demolished.
149 Clifton Place: NY Equity Management has filed applications for a five-story, four-unit residential building of 4,000 square feet at 149 Clifton Place, in western Bedford-Stuyvesant. Frank Quatela is listed as the project’s architect, and an existing three-story townhouse was approved for demolition in October.
QUEENS:
50-51 98th Street: NYC SCA has filed a slew of applications to begin construction on the four-story, 107,555 square-foot primary school at 50-51 98th Street, in Corona. Pei Cobb Freed & Partners is designing, and demolition of an existing two-story building was approved in July.
144-21 Lakewood Avenue: Applications have been filed for a two-story, two-unit residential building of 2,280 square feet at the vacant lot of 144-21 Lakewood Avenue, in Jamaica.
13 Gotham Walk: Breezy Point Cooperative has filed applications for a two-story, single-family abode of 1,600 square feet at 13 Gotham Walk, in Breezy Point.
