332 21st Street: Applications have been filed for a four-story, four-unit and a three-story, three-unit residential building — each of nearly 6,000 square feet — spanning 332-334 21st Street, in South Slope. Demolition of an existing single-story structure began in October, and Bricolage Designs is listed as the architect.

435 Maple Street: Maple Inc. has filed applications for two four-story, six-unit residential buildings — each of 4,367 square feet — spanning the vacant lots of 433-435 Maple Street, in northern East Flatbush. M.S. Savani Architect is designing.

1064 Hancock Street: Applications have been filed for two four-story, six-unit residential buildings — each of 4,345 square feet — spanning 1062-1064 Hancock Street, in Bushwick. An existing single-story structure must first be demolished, and Francine Alheid is listed as the architect.

1931 Flatbush Avenue: Helm Equities has filed applications for a single-story, 1,644 square-foot commercial building at 1931-1933 Flatbush Avenue, in Flatlands. An existing gas station must first be demolished.

QUEENS:

140-35 Queens Boulevard: An LLC has filed applications for a six-story building of 65,400 square feet spanning the lots of 140-27 – 140-53 Queens Boulevard, in Jamaica. SpringHill Suites was previously announced as the hotel brand, and an old warehouse was demolished to make way for the new structure in August.

93-20 43rd Avenue: An LLC has filed applications for four three-story, three-unit residential buildings — each of roughly 10,900 square feet — spanning 93-20 – 93-26 43rd Avenue, in Elmhurst. Two existing 2.5-story structures were approved for demolition last winter, and Tan Architect is designing.

190-36 103rd Avenue: Magniv Home Sales has filed applications for a single-story, single-family abode of 1,325 square feet at the vacant lot of 190-36 103rd Avenue, in Hollis.

461 Beach 45th Street: Applications have been filed for a two-story, single-family home of 1,213 square feet at 461 Beach 45th Street, in Edgemere. An existing single-story structure must first be demolished.

STATEN ISLAND:

393 Edinboro Road: Applications have been filed for a three-story, single-family home of nearly 3,300 square feet at 393 Edinboro Road, in Lighthouse Hill. An existing house was approved for demolition in June.

82 Serrell Avenue: Nello Development has filed applications for a three-story, two-unit residential building of 2,307 square feet at the vacant lot of 82 Serrell Avenue, in Arden Heights.
