1133 Manhattan Avenue [Curbed]: Developer Domain Companies is wrapping up their seven-story, 210-unit residential building — dubbed Eleven33, and located at 1133 Manhattan Avenue, in Greenpoint — and “will be ready for occupancy by mid-December.” Perkins Eastman designed the building, and hOmE styled the interiors.
532 West 20th Street [Crain’s New York]: Condo developer DDG has purchased the single-story art gallery — located at 532 West 20th Street, in West Chelsea — for $24.25 million. The site is primed for redevelopment and contains roughly 27,500 square feet of building potential.
1025 Pacific Street [Brownstoner]: Renderings have been posted on-site at the vacant lot of 1025 Pacific Street — in Crown Heights — where plans call for a two-story, 5,347 square-foot commercial and community building. Jarican Realty is developing, and Flander Julien is the architect of record; completion can be expected in 2015.
301 11th Avenue [New York Daily]: Douglaston Development has leased the 62,000 square-foot development site spanning 301-309 11th Avenue, on the Far West Side. Plans include the construction of a high-rise rental tower of an undisclosed scope and height. An up-zoning of the site is currently underway in which it could eventually include more than 600,000 square feet, according to The Real Deal.
159 Smith Street [Pardon Me For Asking]: Renderings have been posted on-site at 159 Smith Street — in Boerum Hill — where plans include the two-story extension of an existing three-story townhouse. The modernized residential and community building will total 9,371 square feet and eight residential units; completion is set for July 2015.
324 West 44th Street [Commercial Observer]: Hotel developer Sam Chang — partnered with M&R Hotel Group — has leased the 35,400 square-foot vacant site spanning 322-326 West 44th Street, in Hell’s Kitchen. Plans include “a hotel with north of 100 rooms.”
