SLCE Architects is designing, and the existing five-story townhouse passed pre-demo inspection in November.
158 East 126th Street: Gotham Plaza Associates have filed applications for an 11-story, 233-unit mixed-use building of nearly 235,000 square feet spanning the vacant lots of 146-168 East 126th Street, in East Harlem. B.I.G. Architecture is designing, and commercial space will total 36,919 square feet.
BRONX:
2264 Loring Place: An HDFC has filed applications for an eight-story, 66-unit community housing facility of 46,258 square feet at 2264 Loring Place, in University Heights. Dattner is designing, and the existing 2.5-story structure must first be demolished.
2325 Beaumont Avenue: J.A.K. Realty has filed applications for a four-story, 17-unit residential building of 12,000 square feet at 2325 Beaumont Avenue, in Belmont. Fred Geremia Architects is designing, and an existing two-story structure must first be demolished.
100A Rodmans Neck Path: NYC PD has filed applications for a two-story, 10,139 square-foot “training operations” facility at 100A Rodmans Neck Path, in Pelham Bay Park; Lyn Rice Architects is designing.
1120 East 222nd Street: Applications have been filed for a three-story, five-unit residential building of 3,866 square feet at the vacant lot of 1120 East 222nd Street, in Williamsbridge; Fred Geremia Architects is designing.
BROOKLYN:
3031 Brighton 5th Street: Applications have been filed for a five-story, 16-unit residential building of nearly 12,100 square feet at 3031 Brighton 5th Street, in Brighton Beach. Shiming Tam is designing, and the existing two-story structure was recently approved for demolition.
1631 St Johns Place: An LLC has filed applications to expand the existing three-story, nearly 3,500 square-foot building — located at 1631 St Johns Place, in far-eastern Crown Heights — to a five-story, 10-market-rate-unit residential building of 9,413 square feet; Yaakov Stern is listed as the architect of record.
391 Hooper Street: Ed Management has filed applications for a six-story, six-unit mixed-use building of 9,284 square feet at the vacant lot of 391 Hooper Street. Gelu Durus Musica is designing, and commercial space will total nearly 1,000 square feet. The site’s two-story predecessor was demolished in 2007.
54 Monitor Street: An LLC has filed applications for a four-story, seven-unit residential building of 5,000 square feet at 54 Monitor Street, in northern Williamsburg. Wu Chen is the architect of record, and an existing single-story abode must first be demolished.
197 22nd Street: Avo Construction has filed applications for a four-story, four-unit residential building of 4,921 square feet at 197 22nd Street, in South Slope. Schneider Associates is designing, and an existing two-story home must first be demolished.
5823 New Utrecht Avenue: An LLC has filed applications for three three-story, three-unit residential buildings — each of roughly 3,700 square feet — spanning the lots of 5815-5823 New Utrecht Avenue, in Borough Park. An existing single-story structure was approved for demolition in October.
39 Wolcott Street: Wolcott Gardens LLC has filed construction applications for a three-story, two-unit townhouse of nearly 3,000 square feet at the vacant lot of 39 Wolcott Street, in Red Hook; Arnold Montag is designing.
3003 Coney Island Avenue: Bolla Em Realty has filed applications for a single-story, nearly 2,000 square-foot commercial building at 3003 Coney Island Avenue, in Brighton Beach. An existing gas station structure was approved for demolition last January.
71 Bartlett Place: Applications have been filed for a three-story, single-family home of 1,575 square feet at 71 Bartlett Place, in Gerritsen Beach. An existing single-story structure is being rebuilt.

228-06 Northern Boulevard: NYC P&R has filed applications for a single-story, nearly 10,000 square-foot “environmental center” community building at 228-06 Northern Boulevard, in Bayside; Leroy Street Studio Architect is designing.
158-13 45th Avenue: Applications have been filed for a three-story, two-unit residential building of nearly 3,900 square feet at 158-13 45th Avenue, in East Flushing. John Chen is the architect of record, and an existing 1.5-story home must first be demolished.
41-35 249th Street: Applications have been filed for a two-story, single-family building of nearly 3,000 square feet at 41-35 249th Street in Little Neck. An existing two-story home must first be demolished.
246-15 Thornhill Avenue: Applications have been filed for a two-story, single-family home of 2,563 square feet at 246-15 Thornhill Avenue, in Little Neck. The site’s existing single-story abode was approved for demolition in November.
110-39 Union Hall Street: Area Construction has filed applications for two two-story, two-unit residential buildings — each of nearly 2,500 square feet — spanning the lots of 110-39 – 110-41 Union Hall Street, in Jamaica. Existing structures were approved for demolition in May.
423 Beach 130th Street: Applications have been filed for a two-story, single-family abode of nearly 2,000 square feet at 423 Beach 130th Street, in Belle Harbor. An existing 2.5-story structure must first be demolished.

363 Sharon Avenue: Foster Development has filed applications for three three-story, two-unit townhouses — for a combined square-footage of 7,925 square feet — spanning the vacant lots of 363-371 Sharon Avenue, in West Brighton; Joseph Morace is designing.
170 Muller Avenue: MTV Development Group has filed applications for two three-story, single-family homes of nearly 3,000 square feet at the vacant lots of Nos. 170 and 184 Muller Avenue, in Westerleigh.
245 Bedell Avenue: Applications have been filed for a single-story, 1,874 square-foot community building at Larry De Young Field located at the vacant lot of 245 Bedell Avenue, in Tottenville.
