201 Marcy Place: Marcy Sheridan has filed applications for a nine-story, 74-unit residential building of 62,158 square feet at the vacant lot of 201 Marcy Place, in Claremont; SLCE Architects is designing.
126 West 169th Street: Highbridge Community Development has filed applications for a nine-story, 60-unit residential building of nearly 59,000 square feet at the vacant lot of 126 West 169th Street, in Highbridge; SLCE Architects is designing.
706 Courtlandt Avenue: An LLC has filed applications for a four-story, 17-unit residential building of 12,264 square feet spanning the vacant lots of 706-708 Courtlandt Avenue, in Melrose; Gino Longo is designing.
500 Baychester Avenue: Baychester Retail III LLC has filed applications for a single-story, nearly 9,800 square-foot “retail building” at 500 Baychester Avenue, in Baychester. Alexander Compagno Architect is designing, and the site’s former gas station was removed in July.
366 East 155th Street: An LLC has filed applications for a four-story, eight-unit residential building of nearly 5,500 square feet at the vacant lot of 366 East 155th Street, in Melrose; Gino Longo is designing.
660 City Island Avenue: Tickles Development Corp. has filed applications for two two-story, two-unit residential buildings — each of 2,720 square feet — spanning the vacant lots of 660-664 City Island Avenue, on City Island.
BROOKLYN:
50 Clarkson Avenue: Prospect Views LLC has filed applications for the construction of a nine-story, 93-unit residential building of 65,365 square feet at 50 Clarkson Avenue, in Prospect Lefferts Gardens. ND Architecture is designing, and the site’s three-story predecessor was demolished in April.
52 Hancock Street: An LLC has filed applications for a five-story, 10-unit mixed-use building of 13,535 square feet and a five-story, 10-unit mixed-use building of 5,248 square feet spanning the vacant lots of 52-56 Hancock Street, in Bedford-Stuyvesant. Namir Youssed is designing, and the site’s predecessors were demolished in 2005.
1842 79th Street: An LLC has filed applications for a three-story, six-unit residential building of 7,377 square feet at 1842 79th Street, in Bensonhurst. Bricolage is designing, and an existing three-story structure was approved for demolition earlier this month.
96 16th Street: An LLC has filed applications for a five-story, four-unit residential building of 5,237 square feet at 96 16th Street, in southern Gowanus. Jorge Mastropietro Atelier is designing, and an existing two-story structure must first be demolished.
QUEENS:
37-10 11th Street: KCN Hospitality has filed applications for a six-story, 57-unit hotel of nearly 17,500 square feet spanning 37-02 – 37-10 11th Street, in northern Long Island City. Shiming Tam is designing, and existing two- and single-story structures must first be demolished.
139-20 34th Avenue: Z&W of New York LLC has filed applications for a six-story, 12-unit residential and community building totaling 13,015 square feet at 139-20 34th Avenue, in Flushing. Thee Shiun Ken is the architect of record, and an existing two-story structure passed pre-demo inspection in November.
7317 Beach Channel Drive: Applications have been filed for a third single-story, 3,564 square-foot commercial building, this time at the vacant lot of 7313 Beach Channel Drive, in Arverne. Lot Nos. 7305 and 7317 recently received applications for similar projects.
61-36 172nd Street: A&S Home Builders have filed applications for a three-story, three-unit residential building of 2,700 square feet at 61-36 172nd Street, in Utopia. An existing 2.5-story structure must first be demolished.
146-54 106th Avenue: Applications have been filed for a two-story, two-unit residential building of 2,520 square feet at the vacant lot of 146-54 106th Avenue, in Jamaica.
46-35 204th Street: Applications have been filed for a two-story, two-unit residential building of 2,200 square feet at 46-35 204th Street, in Auburndale. An existing single-story home must first be demolished.
125 Beach 127th Street: Applications have been filed for a two-story, single-family home of 1,904 square feet at 125 Beach 127th Street, in Belle Harbor. An existing two-story structure must first be demolished, and Bricolage is designing.
