781 East 163rd Street: Applications have been filed for a single-story community facility of 857 square feet at the vacant lot of 781 East 163rd Street, in Morrisania. Pre-demo inspection was passed in May under an emergency demolition of the existing two-story structure.

461 Winthrop Street: Applications have been filed for a six-story, 20-unit residential building of 14,800 square feet at the vacant lot of 461 Winthrop Street, in northern East Flatbush; Angelo NG & Anthony NG Architects Studio is designing.

88 Hart Street: Applications have been filed for a four-story, 10-unit residential building of 6,847 square feet spanning 86-88 Hart Avenue, in Bedford-Stuyvesant. Flander Julien is the architect of record, and an existing two-story abode must first be demolished.

76 Hart Street: Applications have been filed for a four-story, six-unit residential building of 4,056 square feet at the vacant lot of 76 Hart Street, in Bedford-Stuyvesant; Jeffrey Kamen is designing.

QUEENS:

52-09 31st Place: Queens Plaza South LLC has filed construction applications for a 20-story, 200-key hotel of 101,410 square feet spanning 52-09 – 52-15 31st Place, in Long Island City. Arc Architecture + Design Studio is designing, and an existing two-story warehouse structure must first be demolished.

879 Cypress Avenue: Mikaelian’s Realty has filed applications for a six-story, 10-unit residential building of 7,502 square feet at 879 Cypress Avenue, in Ridgewood. Angelo NG & Anthony NG Architects Studio is designing, and an existing three-story building must first be demolished.

STATEN ISLAND:

662 Tompkins Avenue: Jordan General Contracting has filed applications for a two-story, two-unit residential building of 2,528 square feet at the vacant lot of 6 Thompson Place, in Shore Acres. Another application was filed at the adjacent vacant lot — at 662 Tompkins Avenue — for a two-story, single-family abode of 1,500 square feet.
