2028 Davidson Avenue: Bronx Gardens Realty has filed applications for a six-story, 18-unit residential building of 13,760 square feet at the vacant lot of 2028 Davidson Avenue, in Morris Heights; David Schwartz is designing.
432 Turneur Avenue: Applications have been filed for a three-story, four-unit residential building of 6,286 square feet at the vacant lot of 432 Turneur Avenue, in Castle Hill; M.S. Savani Architect is designing.
BROOKLYN:
918 East New York Avenue: Maple Street Residence HDFC has filed applications for an eight-story, 66-unit residential building of nearly 44,400 square feet at the vacant lots of 918-920 East New York Avenue, in northern East Flatbush. Edelman Sultan Knox Wood is designing, and the site’s single-story predecessor was cleared in 2008.
309 Ocean Parkway: Applications have been filed for an eight-story, nine-unit residential building of nearly 18,000 square feet spanning 309-311 Ocean Parkway, in Kensington. Lester Evan Tour Architect is designing, and an existing 2.5-story structure must first be demolished.
2954 Brighton 3rd Street: An LLC has filed applications for a seven-story, 17-unit residential building of 15,007 square feet at 2954 Brighton Street, in Brighton Beach. The site’s single-story predecessor was demolished in November, and Dome Architecture is designing.
237 Pacific Street: Applications have been filed for a four-story, three-unit mixed-use building of 5,511 square feet at 237 Pacific Street, in Boerum Hill. Teresa Byrne Salter is designing, and the existing single-story structure was approved for demolition in July.
49 Cedar Street: An LLC has filed applications for a four-story, eight-unit residential building of 5,361 square feet at the vacant lot of 49 Cedar Street, in Bushwick. Eyal Levitt Architect is designing.
876 Kent Avenue: An LLC has filed applications for a four-story, four-unit mixed-use building of 5,200 square feet at the vacant lot of 876 Kent Avenue, in northern Bedford-Stuyvesant. Flander Julien is designing, and the site’s three-story predecessor was demolished in 2003.
QUEENS:
25-15 36th Street: Applications have been filed for a four-story, seven-unit residential building of nearly 5,000 square feet at 25-15 36th Street, in Astoria. An existing three-story, structure must first be demolished, and Frank Petruso is designing.
135 Beach 143rd Street: Applications have been filed for a three-story, single-family home of 3,744 square feet at 135 Beach 143rd Street, in Neoponsit. The site’s two-story predecessor had been demolished in June.
STATEN ISLAND:
252 Ionia Avenue: Applications have been filed for a three-story, two-unit residential building of 4,007 square feet at the vacant lot of 252 Ionia Avenue, in Annadale; Chris Ponisi is designing.
