261 Union Avenue: An LLC has filed applications for a six-story, six-unit residential building of 6,200 square feet at the vacant lot of 261 Union Avenue, in Williamsburg. James Cheng, of Design 101, is the architect of record.

1259 70th Street: An LLC has filed applications for a three-story, three-unit residential building of 6,000 square feet at the vacant lot of 1259 70th Street, in Dyker Heights; Bricolage is designing.

519 East 5th Street: Amid permit disapproval, new building applications have been filed for a two-story, two-unit residential building of 4,145 square feet at 519 East 5th Street, in Kensington. Thomas Kenneth is the architect of record, and an existing 2.5-story structure must first be demolished.

1084 Rockaway Avenue: An LLC has filed applications for a two-story, nearly 79,800 square-foot storage facility at 1084 Rockaway Avenue, in southern Brownsville. NF Architectural Designs is designing, and an existing single-story structure was approved for demolition in August.

32 Garibaldi Avenue: Applications have been filed for a three-story, single-family home of nearly 3,000 square feet at the vacant lot at 32 Garibaldi Avenue, in New Dorp Beach.
