1319A Prospect Avenue: An LLC has filed applications for two four-story, eight-unit residential and community buildings — each measuring 5,424 square feet — at the vacant lots of 1319A-B Prospect Avenue, in Morrisania. Badaly Architects is designing.

BROOKLYN:

986 Jefferson Avenue: Atkins Partners has filed applications for a four-story, eight-unit residential building measuring 8,247 square feet at the vacant lot of 986 Jefferson Avenue, in eastern Bedford-Stuyvesant near Broadway. Shahriar Afshari is designing.

489 Monroe Street: An LLC has filed applications for a four-story, five-unit residential building measuring 8,200 square feet at 489 Monroe Street, in central Bedford-Stuyvesant. CB Engineering is the architect of record, and an existing single-story structure was approved for demolition in November.

957 Bedford Avenue: An LLC has filed applications for a six-story, nine-unit residential building measuring nearly 7,600 square feet at the vacant lot of 957 Bedford Avenue, in western Bedford-Stuyvesant. Julien Flander is designing.

315 Eldert Street: Eldert Bushwick House LLC has filed applications for a four-story, eight-unit residential building measuring 5,931 square feet at the vacant lot of 315 Eldert Street, in eastern Bushwick. Asher Hershkowitz is designing.

1568 Pacific Street: An LLC has filed applications for a four-story, eight-unit residential building measuring nearly 5,800 square feet at the vacant lot of 1568 Pacific Street, in north-central Crown Heights. BGM Engineering is the architect of record.

45 Summit Street: SP Milestone Properties has filed applications for two more three-story, three-unit residential buildings — each measuring 5,000 square feet — at 43 and 47 Summit Street, in the Columbia Street Waterfront District. 45 Summit was originally filed in October, and a similar development is planned on that lot.

QUEENS:

149-30 116th Street: Applications have been filed to expand the existing 1.5-story, 856 square-foot abode at 149-30 116th Street, in South Ozone Park, to measure 2,368 square feet and two stories. It will remain a single-family home.

151-20 18th Avenue: Applications have been filed for a two-story, two-unit residential building measuring nearly 2,000 square feet at 151-20 18th Avenue, in southern Whitestone. An existing two-story structure was recently approved for demolition.

STATEN ISLAND:

114 Edgegrove Avenue: Jem Building Corp. has filed applications for three three-story, two-unit residential buildings — two measuring 2,200 square feet, and a third of 2,800 square feet — all to span the vacant lots of 106-114 Edgegrove Avenue, in eastern Woodrow.
