140 15th Street: An LLC has filed applications for an 11-story, 30-unit mixed-use building totaling 36,747 square feet at 140 15th Street, in South Slope. Feingold & Gregory Architects is designing, and four low-rise structures were approved for demolition in September.

212 Linden Boulevard: Applications have been filed for a seven-story, 22-unit mixed-use building — fitted for residential and community usage and measuring 17,083 square feet — spanning 210-212 Linden Boulevard, in western East Flatbush. Julien Flander is designing, and an existing three-story structure must first be demolished.

79 Green Street: An LLC has filed applications for a four-story, six-unit residential building of 5,000 square feet at 79 Green Street, in Greenpoint. Anthony Cucich is designing, and the existing two-story structure was approved for demolition in November.

172 India Street: Applications have been filed for a four-story, five-unit residential building of 5,000 square feet at 172 India Street, in Greenpoint. Anthony Cucich is designing, and the existing two-story townhouse was approved for demolition in December.

237 Devoe Street: Applications have been filed for a four-story, six-unit residential building of nearly 5,000 square feet at the vacant lot of 237 Devoe Street, in East Williamsburg; James Cleary is designing.

QUEENS:

34-15 107th Street: Woodland Home Sales has filed applications for a two-story, four-unit residential building of 3,528 square feet at the vacant lot of 34-15 107th Street, in North Corona. Vistor K. Han is designing, and the site’s two-story predecessor was demolished in 2007.
