New Jersey City Skyline Rendering [Twitter]: Jersey City’s Mayor Steven Fulop has posted renderings in advance of an event later today that will unveil a new look at Jersey City’s future skyline.

Brooklyn Navy Yard – Building 128 [The Real Deal]: Brooklyn Navy Yard‘s Building 128 is currently receiving a $55 million conversion to provide 250,000 square feet of office and manufacturing space. Dubbed the Green Manufacturing Center, the structure is “soon-to-be-completed.”

11 East 75th Street [New York Post]: Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich is in the process of acquiring the five-story townhouse at 13 East 75th Street, completing an assemblage of townhouses spanning 11-15 East 75th Street, on the Upper East Side. Plans include “building a dream mansion.”

100 Norfolk Street [Bowery Boogie]: Preparatory work is currently underway at 100 Norfolk Street — on the Lower East Side — where Adam America and Horizon Group are planning a 12-story, 38-unit mixed use building measuring nearly 54,000 square feet. Completion is expected by 2016.

436 East 13th Street [Commercial Observer]: Amirian Group and Bridgeton Holdings recently acquired the lots at 436 and 442 East 13th Street for $9.5 million. Filings for the sites were first processed in December, and “construction will begin in June.”
