410 Tompkins Avenue [Brownstoner]: Complete renderings have surfaced of Vasco Ventures’ planned six-story, 35-unit residential development — dubbed Hancock Manor — to be located at 410-416 Tompkins Avenue, in central Bedford-Stuyvesant. Three existing two-story structures must first be demolished.
200 Amsterdam Avenue [Crain’s New York]: CBRE is marketing the development site located at 200 Amsterdam Avenue — in Lincoln Square — “with an asking price of more than $400 million.” The site could accommodate a 600-foot residential tower spanning 388,000 square feet, and an existing single-story structure must first be demolished.
224 West 22nd Street [The Real Deal]: Empire City Realty has planned a renovation and expansion of the four-story townhouse located at 224 West 22nd Street, in Chelsea. The existing structure would be redeveloped into a five-story, single-family mansion of nearly 6,000 square feet.
287 East Houston Street [Bowery Boogie]: Hogg Holdings has acquired the lots spanning 287-291 East Houston Street, in the Lower East Side, for $15.2 million. A condo development of 30,000 square feet is planned for the site, and a single-story structure must first be demolished.
67 Avenue C [EV Grieve]: Renderings have been revealed for Vinbaytel Property Development’s seven-story, seven-unit residential building at 67 Avenue C, in the East Village. Façade installation is imminent and completion is expected this summer.
545 4th Avenue [Brownstoner]: An LLC has assembled six adjacent three-story townhouses — spanning 543-553 4th Avenue, in South Slope — after purchasing No. 549 “last month for $2.25 million.” Development plans are not currently known, and demolition permits have yet to be filed.
